Will it make my thin hair greasy or flat?

Why is the serum blue? Will it tint my hair?
CI 42090 is a blue dye. On white, silver, platinum, bleached or porous hair, the serum can leave a faint tint on strands. Apply to the scalp rather than the lengths, and test a small hidden strand first. The supplied guidance says the tint washes out with shampoo; your hair may vary.
How do I apply it?
Part your hair over the thinning area. Spray directly onto the scalp and gently massage with fingertips. Repeat morning and evening, following the label. No rinse step is specified. Style once it has absorbed.
