You control the cue

You shouldn’t have to shout to be heard in your own home.

TAKE BACK THE MOMENT

You shouldn’t have to shout to be heard in your own home.

Someone walks past. Your dog erupts. You call their name. Louder. Now the whole moment is about getting the barking to stop.

HushVera breaks that cycle with a sound that gets through when your voice doesn’t. One press interrupts the barking. Your dog’s attention comes back to you.

Finish your call. Welcome your guests. Sit down together. The dog you love can stay part of the moment without making all the noise.

You hear nothing. Your dog hears a reason to stop.

WHY ONE PRESS GETS THROUGH

You hear nothing. Your dog hears a reason to stop.

Dogs hear pitches higher than people can. Press HushVera’s sound control and its two acoustic openings send out an ultrasonic signal beyond human hearing.

That distinct sound interrupts your dog’s focus on the visitor, passerby or other trigger. The barking stops. Their attention returns to you.

Call them back, give a familiar cue and reward the quiet. You now have a response to encourage, instead of a barking fit to shout over.

WHAT THE QUIET GIVES BACK

The little moments barking used to spoil.

Wish I’d bought it sooner

Our terrier goes off at anyone walking past the fence. I was forever on the back steps shouting “enough,” which probably sounded ridiculous to the neighbors. Now I use this and call him over, and the barking stops. I can sit down again!

He stayed out with us

Had friends over on Sunday and usually this is where I give up and put the dog inside. This time he stopped barking and settled by my chair. We sat there talking until it got dark. I know that sounds like such a small thing but I really missed having him out with us.

Rosie keeps her harness

Rosie already wears a collar and a harness. Really didn’t want to add anything else. I just pick this up off the shelf with her leash. Very happy with it.

CONFIDENCE AT A GLANCE

Know it’s ready before the barking starts.

Battery and sound-mode indicators are right on the front display. Check the charge and the setting at a glance, then turn your attention back to your dog.

Two textured sound buttons sit below the screen, with a separate flashlight button and a dedicated side OFF/ON switch. Distinct controls for distinct jobs. Easy to recognize when you reach for it.

    BARK CONTROL WITHOUT ANOTHER COLLAR

You carry the control. Your dog wears nothing extra.

No receiver collar to fit. No contact electrodes. No second collar to charge. HushVera stays in your hand while your dog keeps the collar or harness they already know.

At approximately 4.9 × 2 × 1.1 inches, it belongs with the leash and walking bag. Bring the same bark-control routine from home to the next walk, visit or trip away.

      RECHARGE. REUSE.

No replacement batteries to keep buying.

HushVera has a built-in 800 mAh rechargeable battery. Plug the included cable into its USB-C port and connect it to a suitable USB power source.

Give it a charging spot beside your everyday dog things. The same device is ready to earn its place in your routine, again and again.

        USEFUL AFTER DARK, TOO

One less thing to juggle on the last trip outside.

The built-in flashlight has its own button. Find the gate latch, spot a dropped bag or see what’s right beside you.

Your leash is in one hand. HushVera is in the other. The light you need is already with you.

The wide light at the base of HushVera illuminates a nearby gate latch.

          YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Get to know your quieter routine.

How quickly does HushVera stop the barking?
HushVera interrupts unwanted barking in seconds. Press the sound control when the barking starts. As your dog pauses or turns toward you, call them back and reward the quiet.
How can it work when I can’t hear anything?
Dogs hear higher pitches than people. HushVera’s ultrasonic signal is beyond human hearing, so your dog hears the sound even when you don’t. Watch their response rather than pressing repeatedly to try to hear it yourself.
Does my dog need a special collar?
No. HushVera stays in your hand. Your dog wears their usual collar or harness. There is no receiver around their neck and no electrical shock delivered through contact electrodes.
Does it work automatically when I’m out?
HushVera is for the barking you’re there to interrupt. You activate the sound yourself, so you choose the moment and can immediately guide your dog’s next response. It does not detect barking or switch itself on while you’re away.
How do I turn that quiet moment into a better habit?
When the barking stops, call your dog back, ask for a familiar behavior and reward it. Repeat the same clear response: come back, settle, get rewarded. You’re giving your dog something to do instead of continuing to bark.
Can my other pets hear the sound?
Other nearby pets may hear it too. Use HushVera where you can see their response. For an unusually sound-sensitive dog or one with hearing concerns, ask your veterinarian or a qualified behavior professional about the right approach.
          Which barking is HushVera for?
Use it for owner-present interruptions such as barking at passing activity, visitors or another dog. Barking caused by pain, fear or separation distress needs care that addresses the cause; a veterinarian or qualified behavior professional can help.
What does the screen tell me?
The front display shows battery and sound-mode indicators, so you can check the device’s status at a glance. The physical controls below it operate the sound and flashlight.
          How do I charge it?
Use the included USB-C charging cable with a suitable USB power source, following the device’s operating instructions. The 800 mAh battery is rechargeable, so there are no disposable batteries to replace for everyday use.
          Why would I want two?
Keep one where barking tends to start and one with your walking things. Or give each regular dog walker their own. Two devices mean two ready places—each with its own USB-C charging cable.

          Finished dinner for once

Our dog stayed on his mat while we ate outside. I didn’t get up three times, my husband didn’t have to keep repeating himself, and dinner was still hot. That’s the sort of thing I bought this for. Took a picture of him because he looked so pleased with himself.

          Dad uses it too

My dad has our dog on Thursdays. I showed him what we do when the barking starts and he tried it himself. When I picked her up he said, “Leave that here next time.” He doesn’t say that about many things I buy for the dog!

          Delivery without the drama

Cattle-dog mix here, so she notices EVERYTHING. Delivery truck stopped outside yesterday and I got her to stop barking and come back to me. Usually she follows it along the fence yelling the whole way. Big improvement for us.

          Millie and the gate

The latch on our gate is apparently the most exciting sound in the world. This gets Millie to stop barking so I can call her over. Much nicer for whoever’s coming in.

          Walks are nicer now

Our dachshund is tiny but you would never know it from the noise. I used to cross the street before other dogs got close because I was embarrassed. Tried this, she stopped barking, and I could get her walking with me again. I’m not spending the whole walk saying sorry to people anymore. She still gets all her sniffing stops, of course. That part of the walk is apparently nonnegotiable.
